CANCELLATION POLICY

At Beau.t, appointment times are reserved especially for each client. I understand that sometimes plans change, but late cancellations and missed appointments leave appointment time that may be difficult to refill.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give as much notice as possible.

• Cancellations or changes made more than 48 hours before your appointment will not incur a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the appointment value.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours, or appointments that are missed without notice, are charged at 100% of the appointment value.

Illness and unexpected circumstances

I completely understand that illness and unexpected circumstances can happen. However, the cancellation policy still applies to late cancellations, as the appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.

Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell or if attending could put others at risk. Contact me as soon as possible and I will advise you on the next steps.

Late arrival

Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible.

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client. Where there is not enough time to safely or appropriately carry out the treatment, the appointment may need to be cancelled and the applicable cancellation fee may be charged.

Outstanding cancellation fees

Any outstanding cancellation fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
