These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments and services provided by Beau.t, a sole trader skin and beauty business based in Horsham, West Sussex. By booking an appointment with Beau.t, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings and appointments

Appointments are subject to availability and can be booked through Beau.t's online booking system or directly with Beau.t.

Please ensure the information you provide when booking is accurate and let me know if anything relevant changes before your appointment.

Online availability is released up to 8 weeks in advance.

Consultations and treatment suitability

Skin and beauty treatments are provided following appropriate consultation and assessment.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about anything that may affect the suitability or safety of your treatment, including relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy and previous reactions or treatments.

Beau.t reserves the right to adapt, postpone or decline a treatment where it is considered unsuitable or where there may be a contraindication.

Treatment results

Every client's skin, hair, nails and response to treatment can vary. While treatments will be carried out with care and recommendations will be made based on your individual circumstances, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Some skin treatments are most effective as part of a course or longer-term treatment plan, and realistic expectations will be discussed where appropriate.

Arrival and lateness

Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible and follow the arrival instructions provided before your appointment.

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened. If there is insufficient time to carry out the treatment safely or appropriately, the appointment may need to be cancelled.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Beau.t's Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments.

Cancellations or changes within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are charged at 100% of the appointment value.

Any outstanding cancellation fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

Payments

Payment for treatments is due in accordance with the payment arrangements shown at the time of booking or communicated by Beau.t.

Prices may be changed from time to time. The price applicable to your appointment will be the price confirmed through the booking system or directly with Beau.t.

Aftercare

Where aftercare is provided, clients are responsible for following the advice given following their treatment.

Please contact Beau.t if you experience an unexpected reaction or have concerns following a treatment so that appropriate advice can be provided.

Photographs

Treatment photographs may be taken where appropriate for treatment records and monitoring progress.

Photographs will not be used for marketing or social media without the appropriate permission.

Gift cards

Beau.t gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this period.

Gift cards can be used towards treatments at Beau.t and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance must be used before the gift card expiry date.

Personal information

Personal information is handled in accordance with Beau.t's Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used and protected.

Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to Beau.t's services, policies or legal requirements. The latest version will be available on this website.
