Your information may be used to:

The lawful basis used will depend on why the information is being processed and may include performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests or your consent.
Some consultation information may include health information, which is classed as special category data under UK data protection law. Where this information is collected, it is only used where necessary in connection with assessing treatment suitability and providing services safely, and an appropriate condition for processing special category data will be identified and documented.
How your information is stored and shared
Beau.t uses trusted third-party services to help manage the business and provide services to clients. These include Fresha, which is used for appointment bookings, client records and consultation information, and Squarespace, which hosts the Beau.t website.

Your information will not be sold to third parties. Information will only be shared where necessary to provide services, operate the business, comply with legal or regulatory requirements, protect legitimate business interests, or where you have given permission.
Where service providers process information outside the UK, appropriate safeguards will be relied upon where required by data protection law.
How long your information is kept
Personal information is only kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including providing services, maintaining appropriate treatment records and meeting legal, tax, regulatory or insurance requirements.
Different types of information may therefore be retained for different periods. When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or disposed of where appropriate.
